Tiasha Palikovic
Partner


Tiasha Palikovic is a Shareholder and Partner at the Firm, where she represents individuals in class and collective actions involving consumer protection, personal injury, wage and hour, and discrimination claims.  

Ms. Palikovic has over 15 years of in-depth experience with all aspects of complex litigation at the trial and appellate level, including pleadings, discovery, class certification, dispositive motions, trials, and settlement. She has represented clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters in state and federal courts, including disputes involving consumer fraud, intellectual property, securities, and contract claims. Ms. Palikovic also has substantial experience representing pro bono clients in asylum proceedings.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Palikovic began her legal career as an associate in the New York office of Mayer Brown LLP, where she practiced complex business litigation.  She also served as Outside Counsel for the Sierra Club, and as a law clerk at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. She is fluent in Croatian/Serbian/Bosnian and speaks French and Italian.
