Upon investigation, evidence suggests that BlueRock Energy may have lured customers into switching to BlueRock with promises of significant savings, only to increase its rates well beyond market rates. These rate increases may have been implemented by enrolling customers into higher-cost plans without their consent or knowledge. WMP has already filed class actions against other energy companies that have engaged in these deceptive practices, and may file similar lawsuits on behalf of customers of BlueRock Energy to recover overcharges and other damages.
